ABSTRACT |

| An implant fixture vas placed using a stereolithography guiding system (SurgiGuide Materialise Dental Japan
Inc.), instead of a surgical guide with immediately polymerizing resin which is usually used. The patient was a 54-year-old woman
with the partially edentulous in the upper molar region. and the chief complaint was esthetic dissatisfaction .An implant placement plan
was designed using Simplant (Materialise Dental Japan Inc.), and the fixture was placed using Surgiguide Compared to the conventional method,
this system was superior in terms of surgical safety and accuracy, superstructural function. and esthetic appearance. (The Shika Gakuho,
